@habeeb_akande1: Thoughts...? Why do so many religious leaders shy away from sex-ed when Islam explicity discusses such matters? Below are two examples of intimacy and intercourse in the Qur’an... "It is made lawful for you, in the nights of fasts, to have intercourse with your women. They are a garment for you, and you are a garment for them. Allah knows that you have been betraying yourselves, so He turned to you in mercy and pardoned you. So now you can have sexual intercourse with your women and seek what Allah has destined for you. Eat and drink until the white thread of the dawn becomes distinct from the black thread; then complete the fast up to the night. But do not have sexual intercourse with your women while you are staying in mosques for your devotional retreat. These are the limits set by Allah, so do not go near them. In this way, Allah makes His message clear to people, so that they may be God-fearing."  - 2:187 "Your women are your fields, so go into your fields whichever way you like, and send [something good] ahead for yourselves. Be mindful of God, remember that you will meet Him. And give good news to the believers." - 2:223 There are also several hadiths (traditions) attributed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) informing men to sexually satisfy their female partners, prolong foreplay and ensure that she is fulfilled. The Prophet is reported to have said, "Do not fall upon your woman like an animal without sending messengers of sweet talk and kisses beforehand," and "When you make love to your woman, strive to satisfy her. And if you fulfil your need first, you should not leave her until she is satisfied." Muslim scholars stated that women have a right to divorce if they are not sexually satisfied, and several premodern scholars wrote explicit erotic manuals on the art of lovemaking and how to please a spouse in a literary genre known as erotology. Despite Islam's rich heritage of eroticism and sacred sensuality, many modern day Muslims and religious scholars find the topic taboo...
