@chihirocooks: The Nagoya style Japanese chicken wings are great as a snack or an appetizer, full of umami! [Ingredients] Chicken wings (5 used in video) Assorted salt, flour 2 tbsp soy sauce & mirin 1 tbsp sake & sugar 1 clove grated garlic Assorted peppers, sesame 1. Cut off tip and drums from wings (ok to use whole wing) 2. Add salt then squeeze, cover in flour. 3. Fry at 320 degrees until they have a light golden color (2 to 3 minutes). 4. Let it rest for 5 minutes. 5. Make sauce by mixing soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic. Mix & boil. 6. Fry at 355 degrees, move it occasionally, ready when they float & golden. 7. For both sides, brush on sauce, add lots of peppers & sesame. Enjoy! #chickenwings #japanesefood #cooking #Recipe #fyp
