@fitnesstrainerwinnie: Knee pain is common amd many factors can attribute to the cause. Degenerative tissues due to aging, overusage and poor posture are common causes too. Some of the exercises we focus is to activate and build up quadriceps and calf muscles. Cross lateral coordination is usually integrated into exercise routine for senior to simulate their cognitive while executing the exercises. We did quite a few exercises focusing on quads, calves, toes and heels raises variations etc. After a month, her years of knee pain and limited range of motion improved! We are on the journey to make more improvements and strengthening.
