I just think they should process the applications faster. We pay for this agency to run and on top of that we have to pay application fees and they still take a long time to respond.

But legally, there’s no marriage fraud. If you’re married, you’re married. You’re talking about UCIS’s discretionary powers, which don’t treat all marriages as equal under the law. Unconstitutional.
