They day I told my boss that I was AuDHD our whole dynamic changed for the better. While not everyone will have that experience, I'm blessed to have had it.

I had an employee who blamed being late on ADHD. I told her if it continued, she'd be fired. Almost like magic, she suddenly was able to show up on time after that.

My ADHD is the reason all my workplaces have had fantastic written instructions. I wrote them for myself but they're really good for fresh hires too 😂😂👌
