I got told by a dermatologist that you shouldn't put sunscreen on, unless you're going outside of going to be sitting next to a window for extended periods, and to use a physical block sunscreen.

Yes!!! I have taken terrible care of myself but I started wearing sunscreen everyday at 24 sunscreen. I'm nearly 40! Everytime someone looks at my ID they make a comment.

SPF works for sure BUT the list of chemicals rubbing directly into the skin and then what those chemicals do when react to sun light is scary! It’s 100% worse than the uv rays especially long term use

I cannot stand the way SPF makes your skin look though, even the ones that say aren’t greasy are still so greasy looking, my skin is oily enough without spf making me look like a shining ball

I never wear spf cos its full of poison. I use carrot seed oil mixed with coconut oil. works fine
