Protein is essential for not only your metabolic health but also because it is the most filling macronutrient which means when we eat it, we stay fuller for far longer! Thats why we LOVE these lasagna roll ups. We swapped out ricotta cheese for Nordica’s cottage cheese and not only does it increase the protein (they have over 30 grams of protein) but also includes vitamin d and other essential vitamins and minerals to help us feel our best! We have been using Nordica’s cottage cheese in a lot of our recipes lately and it has helped up our protein intake!
