@noelmulk0: Thanks for the tips Jonas! 🫶🏻 Quick story time about these run warm up drills you see people doing. Back in the day…👴🏻, I would ritually do Tuesday track workouts at the TU track and I would ALWAYS attempt these drills I learned and have seen people do. I never felt like the did much for me (that’s just me personally). But I still did them (poorly). Anyways one day I was doing the karaoke warmup - I learned it in soccer - 🎤 (actually not demonstrated in this video) anyways - I heard my knee pop and it gave out on me. 😩 My platella had shifted out of the knee groove@ (it actually happens to me a lot). And so I couldn’t do the track workout that day. I got injured IN THE WARMUP. 😭 Had I just skipped the goofy drills I would have been able to do my workout no problem. 😀 Haven’t really done any of these since. 🧍🏼♂️🫠 #Running
