I've never had a big ink sack. the largest one I had the maybe the size of a quarter.

my preference is I must use sanaderm and I have to use it until my tattoo heals with multiple changes of the sanitorem obviously and cleaning with dial of course. but if I let it air dry and get scabb

I always use Saniderm. My tattoos heal so much better than when I don’t use it. BUT, I have had them leak on me. That’s not fun.
