The only response to that question came 14 centuries ago ...from Prophet Muhamad who advised Muslims (after Ange Gabriel message ?) to sleep on their right side !

It’s not the elevation of the feet, nor the angle of entry but who’s sleeping next to you that counts. That’s why I recommend switching partners, usually 6 is a good and sufficient number.

I can’t function in a cold room and honestly if it gets too cold I will wake up out of a dead sleep to turn the heat up. 🤔

Totally agree. If a room is too cold I get really sleepy. There’s been many of time when I was working backstage in a theatre and passed out because it was so cold for the dancers.

He must have thought he was answering a question in Congress, he was asked about sleep position and starts answering a question that wasn't asked.

Sooo…NO. The answer is NO. Body position has no bearing on sleep. Temperature most certainly matters

Seems like the question was sidestepped. Though I wonder if temperature has any link to sleeping position because of e.g. elevation of the head?
