@isthisriehlelife: I found out I have oral cavity cancer a month ago tomorrow. I thought my life was over in so many ways. But it turns out that was far from the truth. Im learning to appreciate the small things a little bit more. Ive slowed down to stop and smell the flowers. Ive seen the love im surrounded by grow each day. Ive also had to sit with my sadness, and acknowledge the fear and anger I’m dealing with. And while im still a few weeks away from treatment starting, and I know that there are a lot of very hard days ahead, I’m grateful to have been able to live a little in the moment for the time being. ❤️ #cancerfighter #fcancer #radiationoncology #lifeisajourney #gottakeeponlivin #1month #wontbackdown
