This is really disingenuous of you. Limited companies pay tax on their profits at 19%. Then there are other costs. So she won’t be coming out with anything near £45k.

in that case her ltdco has made 45k profit. this will be subject to 19% to 25% Corp Tax depending on profit level. Not poss to claim capital allowances on resi property.
