@stephanyvicx: Hello friends! ✨ Another day doing what I love 💗 On this late night I prepped a few things for the following couple of days. Some of those food items included a homemade paleo granola made with a variety of nuts, coconut shavings, maple syrup, ghee & cinnamon. I also prepared some garlic & herb chicken thighs, roasted white sweet potatoes, roasted yellow and red beets, a red wine vinaigrette & and chocolate avocado pudding. For dinner I prepared some bun-less lobster rolls on a bed of lettuce.
