I’m glad I’m not the only one that had to cut off their mother. The toxicity was insane and it had to happen. People have no idea how much adult it becomes normal to us because we grew up with it.

When my mom told me I wasn’t apart of the family when I got in trouble and as I got older constantly chose removing me from the family as a form of punishment, it’s been hard to move past it.
