According to the rule in the rule book they are suppose to measure from the glasses, that is why you don't jump with extra belongings like a hat or so.

If this is high school track NFHS in 2022 had this scenario in their rule book which stated that it would be marked as normal, sunglasses and anything that falls off can’t hurt the mark.
