I love Saganaki! It’s so hard to find a restaurant that will traditionally prepare and serve it. Best I don’t learn how to do it myself tho cuz I’d be having twice a week! 😅

It comes down to affordability. It’s delicious but not cheap. Most family cannot afford to spend $11 for a small triangle that doesn’t even feed one person.
