Pro Black has a specific meaning, it means having a ‘BM and BW together in order to produce more unambiguously black children & supporting black business etc. it’s not just caring about Black stuff.

To have a black safe space and hold a conversation where non poc enter and be upset based on the lack of understanding bc they aren't really listening is the central issue.
