Just had that issue last week. Used a drill bit and took the head off. Couldn’t get the end out so I left it. Just put it back in hole in the rotor where it would usually go.

use a punch w/ a point, works a lot better and you have more control. if you have to drill, use a bur bit, much faster👍

You do know they put them screws in on the factory line, just so the rotor won’t fall off while building the rest of car.
