@caseforwellness: Make your own jar of minced garlic! An easy way to have fresh garlic on hand throughout the week without having to constantly mince. Peel your cloves of garlic and add them to a food processor. Then pour in enough olive oil to coat - I had 3 bulbs of garlic and used about 1/3 cup of oil. Pulse in the food processor until finely minced then transfer to an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. To store longer term, freeze the garlic in teaspoon size pieces then add to a container and keep in the freezer. #garlictips #mealprephacks #foodprepideas
