One word I have is belt. He knows that what he’s doing isn’t acceptable, stop acting like these special needs kids don’t have a brain and can’t register right from wrong . It’s literally all taught . If you teach him that it’s okay to put his hands on you while he’s angry while he’s young , of course he’ll do it to get his way. But if you would’ve taught this earlier they would know that it’s not okay and will not be tolerated . A real black household don’t talk to them like they’re actually special , yes they go to special needs classes but I’m sure they know right from wrong 10000% unacceptable!

I just sit and cry and ask my doctor for a hysterectomy. I will never give birth again after having my son who has a speech delay, I would never be able to handle something like this😓

My friends young brother is autistic. It took 4 adult men to restrain him whenever he got angry. Much respect to all the parents out there.

As a mother of an adult son with severe autism & nonverbal, I agree 100%. Meltdowns are tough. But you handled your son with alot of patience, which is what we Autism Parents HAVE to have. 🙏🏼💙
