General guidelines are to stop drinking water roughly two hours before bedtime and it’s true that too much water before bed can be problematic for some. But if you’re scaling back your evening water intake it’s time to investigate. 1.) Ask your doctor about getting a sleep study done or an at-home sleep apnea test. 2.)
