@georginaelizat: Blood orange posset! This is the easiest but most delicious dessert - perfect for the upcoming sunny months! You will need only three ingredients and about 10 minutes to whip this up so I hope you become as obsessed with this as I am Ingredients Serves 3 240ml / 8 ounces double/ heavy cream 75g / 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp super fine (caster) sugar 2.5 tbsp blood orange juice Zest of 1 blood orange Instructions 1. Place your cream and sugar into a saucepan on a medium-high heat. Whisk together and bring to a boil until all combined and the sugar has melted. Then reduce the heat slightly and continue stirring for 3 minutes. 2. Remove from the heat and stir in your blood orange juice and zest. Leave to sit for 5 minutes and then add to either bowls or hollowed blood orange skin. This amount filled 3 small halved blood oranges for me. Place into the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. 3. Finish with a tiny bit more zest and tuck in!
