@awa.kened_: One of my favorite meals growing up! 😋 Originated from Ivory Coast in the west coast of Africa 🇨🇮, attieke is fermented, grated cassava - a side dish commonly paired with fried fish or chicken as well! It HAS to be eaten with fried sweet plantains & a cucumber, tomato and onion mix for it to be a successful meal!! Idc what anyone tells you 😂 This time I opted for baked fish instead. The seasoning on this fish was top tier fr!! Ingredients : 👉🏾 Blended Red Onion Sweet Peppers Jalapeno Garlic Cloves Parsley Cilantro Thyme Ginger Lime Juice Olive Oil ( I froze the extra as green seasoning for other meals ) 👉🏾 Seasonings Black Pepper Lawrys Seasoning Salt Paprika Chicken Bouillon ( Maggi ) ➕ Thoroughly clean & dry your fish. Cut slices into the fish so the marinade can get deep in there & it helps cook evenly. Once seasoned, you can let it sit for a bit or cook right away like I did. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25-30 mins! While baking, I steamed my attieke, fried my plantains & made my salad. Enjoy it fresh out ! 🤝🏽 You won’t be disappointed ✨ #attieke #bakedfish #AfricanFood
