You’re allowed to protect your energy without a disclosure. ✨ Protein. Real food. Grounding. Not sugar, not quick carbs. Your brain needs amino acids to function through stress. ✨ Sunlight if you can get it. Literally changes your biology. You’re not lazy, you’re light-deficient. 🖤 Faking it doesn’t mean ignoring your nervous system — it means choosing tools over spirals until your body can re-regulate. You’re not broken. You’re just in your process. And the world may not pause for you, but you can still pause for yourself — even in tiny ways. Show up soft. Show up shaky. Show up seasoned.
