We had a wedding guest come and she was financially strapped. So instead of money, she wrote us a song and played it for us as our gift. It was wonderful. ♥️

I’ve always estimated what my price per head would be and given that as a gift. I assumed that was what most people did if there wasn’t a gift registry.

in the UK it isn't expected you to give a gift near the cost of per head. you get what you are given and grateful for it
