You can also just get ketoconazole cream from a derm which is much safer to apply to your skin. Using Nizoral damaged my skin barrier and took months to fix.

when I get fungal acne I get rid of it using the clarifying serum from byoma. It has done wonders for me and it works all the time I use it!

I used to wash my face and body (wherever igot any acne) with the zinc head and sholders dandruff shampoo when I showerd and it got rid of that stuff and it helped with my regular acne
