This is a good card to consider for those who are over 5/24 (meaning you have received more than 5 personal credit cards in the last two years). If you are under 5/24 (meaning you have received less than 5 personal credit cards in the last two years) then I'd say its probably best to stick to Chase cards for now. While this could be a good card, the transfer partners still aren't as good as the other cards out there.
