My order would be Fallout 4 (easiest to get into), Fallout NV, Fallout 3, then try 76 if you wish. And then if you are really brave (cause the games are tough) you can try fallout 1 & 2

New Vegas has the best story of the 3D Fallouts & also allows for the most specialized builds, 3 & especially 4 feel like they're trying to take the role out of the RPG's genre.
