Yep I do. And TMI: if I’m out and I feel like I have to go #2 it makes me panic because I don’t like to go in public places. 🤷🏻♀️YW

i have severe anxiety and the peeing gets really bad when Im trying to sleep, I can go like 20 times in an hour 😭😅

So maybe someone in the medical field can comment or clarify- I think it's related to cortisol levels/ anxiousness/fight/flight and the kidneys are busy..:

I drink water like a maniac … thinking I might constantly be dehydrated ( I’m not)… also pee constantly ( just to be on the safe side incase I get stuck somewhere and can’t find a toilet)🤷♀️🤷♀️

I do have that also, I know it is anxiety so will not worry that something is wrong. it can be a bit bothering because i don’t like public toilets
