I use to wash mine 3 or more times throughout the week and it started to make it more greasy. so I stopped washing it as much now I wash it once a week and it doesn't get greasy till after a week.

some people have naturally oily hair (straight), they may wash it more often than people with dry hair (curly), it's better for curly hair to not wash it daily, because it will be super dry

Train it, wash it less and less and less and it becomes less greasy. mine was like that too, now i could even go 1 week without washing it and not greasy at all
