@creativesbyyana: Homemade Veggie Pizza 🍕😋 this is one of our favorite weekly meals, its so easy! Ingredients: ✨ Rhodes dinner rolls frozen dough (or gluten-free dough from Wholly Wholesome) ✨ Veggies: mushrooms, bell pepper, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, spinach ✨ Butter mixture: Kerrygold butter, sea salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning ✨ Mozzarella cheese ✨ Avocado oil or cooking spray (for frozen dough to rise) ✨ Flour (to roll out dough) ✨ Homemade or store bought pizza sauce ✨ Sriracha from Tobasco ✨ Balsamic glaze Instructions: 1. Add some avocado oil or cooking spray onto parchment paper, spread it around, add as many frozen rolls as you’d like (I usually end up doing around 12-14). 2. Spread oil or cooking spray on top of frozen rolls, cover with plastic wrap. Let thaw and rise 3-5 hours, until rolls double in size. 3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 4. Chop your veggies however you’d like and grate your cheese of choice. 5. Once rolls have risen, put them all together into a ball, sprinkle some flour and roll out the dough to your desired shape. 6. For butter mixture, microwave butter for 30 sec, then mix it with chopped garlic, sea salt, black pepper and italian seasoning. Spread all over dough. 7. Add your favorite pizza sauce, spread it all over and add all toppings and cheese. 8. Bake for 22 minutes or until desired crispness.
