I think at a 3rd party Apple partner in Texas, we were forced to charge 4-6 hundred per display depending on the model. Prices set by Apple

I done this exact repair myself a few weeks ago on my own MacBook. never done any repair before and sourced a screen on eBay for £50 approx $60 I was chuffed
