I bought a car sold as is and in Arizona there a 15/5000 miles warranty. But the 2nd day owning it the lug nuts literally broke off and the tires became wobbly . Let me tell you my nightmare became true

Lemon Laws aren’t so simple. You have to prove that the dealership knew the car was defective when they sold it to you.

Specially if you are a lawyer than you have to be specific on what you educate your dollowers and state that if your buy a new car, lemon law dose not apply to used cars!

Misinformation. A lot goes in to proving they sold you a lemon. New cars need a lot of back up information, used cars it's almost nearly impossible to prove

My mom returned a car under the lemon law. If you take it in for the exact same thing 4 or more times it’s considered a lemon. Must be within 1yr or during warranty term.
