For context, I started drinking Alani’s when I was eight. I am now 41 backwards and there is nothing wrong with me and if anything it made my grades go up it made me feel more confident in myself.

I like to drink alanis myself, my recommendation would be the mini size with only 100mg of caffeine, or another brand, such as bubbl’r, Red Bull sugarfree 8.4 oz. I don’t think the full size is needed

The only low caffeine energy drinks is red bull, rockstar, and v8+energy but their still like 60-80mg of caffeine. My kids can’t and won’t til at least highschool age.
