@sifo_the_cooking_husband: Let’s Make a delicious fried Rice 😋👌🏽 Here is the recipe below 👇🏾 Ingredients * 2 large chicken breast, cut into small cubes * 1/2 onion, diced * 1/4 red, yellow and green bell peppers, diced * 3 Tbsp avocado oil * 1 tsp crushed garlic * 2 cups cooked leftover rice, any kind * 2 tsp garlic powder * 2 tsp paprika * 2 Tbsp cajun seasoning * 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce * 2 tsp soy sauce * 1 tsp chilli flakes * 5 sprigs fresh thyme Method 1. In a pan heat oil over high heat, add the chicken then season with 1 tsp paprika, pinch of pepper, 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder. Fry until the chicken is golden brown (4-5minutes), stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside. 2. In the same pan add onion and fry until translucent. Add bell peppers, paprika, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, garlic, salt and stir. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add rice, chicken, thyme, chilli flakes, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and stir until well combined.
