this case is so unbelievably sad. his grandparents, school, neighbours and whatnot all called authorities on numerous occasions expressing those exact concerns. and yet no one, who could, did nothing.

the call operators need a new system instead of all the questions being asked just go to the property and do an immediate check on the person but in the case was to late rip Alfie 😭❤️
