If you don't pursue nobody will take the law seriously. Sometimes people need to die In order to have law and order. If you don't pursue we would all drive with stolen plates and speed to 140km

I agree with your comments. I'd be curious to see stats on the "taking off" mindset and the damages/injuries caused by the criminal as officers disengage.
