I was diagnosed with TE over a year ago and 5% minoxidil & spironolactone have been a game changer!!Nutrafol is a great “natural” option but SO pricey 😭

I’ve just found out that I too have Telogen effluvium🥺. It is super scary and stressful. Apparently it happens about 90 days after a stressful/traumatic experience on the body.

1/2 I’ve been through this before. Stress management and blood tests are super important. Go get a vitamin and hormone panel run at the doc. If nothings off, time will help I promise. Do yourself

Minoxidil / rogaine helped me. I was losing globs and globs of hair I don’t know how I’m not bald. My hair has grown so much & so quickly. It takes a while for you to notice the growth but it works.

I was losing handfuls every day. Used minoxidil, just to STOP the shedding and it helped. Once the tenderness and inflammation on my scalp subsided, used rosemary tea 2x daily and I have new growth!!

Was in the same exact boat! Nutrafol was amazing but I also had to start on the pill form of Minoxidil 2.5m half in morning half at night! You see results in 2/3 months after continuous use! Down side
