I was on the tram when it happened, thankfully the first car, the tram was going downhill and it was going fast fast like 25mph, then we hit something and the door was broken that’s when people fell

I was there all day but didn’t hear anything. We did the tour around 6 thankfully. But they are letting people get off the trams now. At the Bates hotel and allowing pictures with props.
