@butt.erhand: Super late to the tanghulu trend but just had to try out this microwave tanghulu hack by @Sarah 🍓 2:1 sugar to water ratio 2/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup water Into a microwave safe glass. Do not stir. Microwave 1 min at a time until the mixture is slightly golden (mine took around 8 mins). Dip the fruits into and immediately dunk into the ice bath for 10 seconds. Don’t leave the tanghulu sitting in the ice bath for too long, otherwise the water will dissolve the sugar 🥲 To clean: carefully pour lots of hot water into your sugar mixture and let it melt and dissolve into the water.
