If load in/out don’t cover operating costs. Refuse. All drivers are doing by accepting is saying to brokers that rate is acceptable.

Had a company give me crap for running average of 2.63/mile vs their other drivers at 2.91/mole average. I averaged like 800-1200 more miles per week than them though.

I rather deadhead 500 miles to a better area than do a favor / pull cheap freight for a broker. I understand the need for a broker but I'm not working @ a negative.
