My daughter goes to bed at 8pm until 8am, we found that bath bottle bed helps us! My daughter would have 2 naps throughout the day at 6 months and now only has the one! She is 8 months now xx

She might need a longer wake window before bedtime this can make a huge difference. You can do a great calming bed routine but if she hasn't been awake long enough she won't be tired enough. ❤️

I have been told that a regression can be fighting sleep too not just wake ups. If she has her last nap at 4pm and wakes up at 4.45 is 6.30 a little early maybe? She could be under tired?
