The lobster is quite large and has been perfectly cooked. The lobster meat is so fresh, tender and has nice lemony notes. Whilst the saffron rice has been cooked al dente and has a delicate saffron and shell fish flavour. The rice tastes exactly like a delicious Spanish paella. This dish comes with a sauce rouille which tastes like a paprika-y mayonnaise. It pairs so well with the lobster and is a must have (in my opinion).
