That’s literally the entire point of the store! It’s an interactive experience where you are hired to be interactive kind and give a care more than a normal regular non interactive store.

It’s build a bear! I have never been in build a bear and had a rude employee. They work with kids.hopefully she was just having a bad day, but it’s never okay to show it to your customers esp kids

That's kinda why the bears cost so much. They aren't great quality and the pay isn't great. Employees are trained to be above and beyond, but that's why it's also a great place to work!
