Do Nivea in different countries have the same ingredients? I find Nivea from Mexico better than the one in USA they just feel different, wonder if UK Nivea works even better

When i was 11/12 an old lady once told me i had beautiful skin & to never use anything other than a mild soap with warm water & nivea on it. Pretty much kept too that, 26 now & still look 15 😂
