as cheap as SC is, you need to make over 100,000 a year to require for government assistance....but in the 90s, in SC, wealthy meant over $40-$50,000 per year...min wage when had my 1st job at 14 in 2005, $5.15, now? $7.90, for FULL TIME EMPLOYEES
