⇩ Full Recipe 🍢 ⇩ Macros for 2 servings: Protein: 15g Carbs: 50g Fat: 12g Calories: 373 Ingredients (makes 2 servings): - 200g fish cake (found at your local korean market) - 1/4 medium-sized yellow onion - 2 green onions - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp brown sugar - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tsp sesame seeds - salt to taste How to make it yourself: 1. Dice your onions and green onion 2. Cut your fish cake into small strips 3. In a bowl, mix together your brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt to taste. 4. In a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, add your onions and fish cake then your green onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add in your sauce and sauté for a few more minutes 6.
