So true!!! When the scale isn’t moving as much as I want I just remind myself that maintaining consistently is better than rapid loss just to gain it back

duh but how . I feel like if I’m not obsessing about my weight then it will sneak up on me and I’ll end up gaining weight even when I’m actively going to gym also short between 52 and 53.
