@kayandtayofficial: I could hear Kay yelling from the bathroom because she couldn’t stand back up! 😂 backstory ::: Kay and I started working out and she pushed herself a little too hard. We used to go to the gym together before she got pregnant, but since then, we haven’t continued to go like we should. Kay worked out again this time, as if she never left, and didn’t hold back at all. That caused her to be VERY sore! 😅 She has been hobbling around the house and groaning every time she has to sit or stand! 😂 While she was hobbling to the kitchen, I decided to ask how she was feeling, and she explained how she was the most sore she’s ever been. I offered to help her with stretching, but she said she’d prefer a bath! I went to get a bath started and while I was doing that, Kay started yelling from the living room. She had gotten on the floor and Ellie was spitting up, she couldn’t stand up and needed a burp rag! 😂 I rushed out and got her one and finished setting up the bath. She finally got to relax and she said it actually helped a lot! She sat in there for about a half hour just playing her little phone game that she plays 😂 I hope that her soreness doesn’t last too much longer, she just needs to take it easier at the gym at first until her body catches back up! 😂 #kayandtayofficial #couples #relationships #pregnant #postpartum
