If you pay 2.06 for gas, you are not tanking smart. I paid 1.79 last week. Dog tax is for the pollution caused by dogs. Thank God we don't have this histerical fixation on the National anthem.

We had dog tax in Illinois. Gasoline isn’t subsidized in the EU like it is in the US, and it’s also taxed to pay for things. Have you noticed how all of the roads in NL are like new???
